Lantivet and Lansallos walk, Mid and SE Cornwall

Coast path, rugged in places, with some steep ascent and descent, prolonged in places. Woodland paths may be muddy and slippery, and there are stiles and steps. Be aware of cliff edges and unstable cliffs – keep children supervised.
